GREAT NEWS!

Shasta Kart Klub has just been awarded the 2011 4-cycle Sprint/Shifter Grand Nationals.

A super great thanks to Keith Foux, Lane Amlin and the great Dan Pellizzari.

   All three attended the IKF meeting on Sunday April 18th, 2010 in Rancho Cordova. The date for the 2011 event is still to be determined. Because Shasta Kart Klub put on a excellent show for the 2009 Nationals it paved the way for our club to receive the 2011 Nationals with a unanimous vote from the IKF board of directors. Great Job!

   Be prepared for a lot of detailed preparation and hard work! All of the SKK members will be called on to help out with the many hours of work it takes to put on an event of this nature. When the dates are announced please block out the week on your families schedule to make sure you can help out if you are not going to be racing at the event. More news to come soon!!

   This is a huge accomplishment for Shasta Kart Klub. We are in very rough economy and every extra effort by club members goes a long, long way to stay on top of the current situation and to triumph in these times will make us a stronger club. Congratulations to all of us!!!
